Make cuts in brinjals and insert garlic cloves inside it.

Now roast brinjals on medium flame.

Roast tomatoes, green chillies.

Now peel of brinjals and tomatoes.

Now mash the roasted brinjals, tomatoes, green chilli in a bowl. Add finely coriander leaves, cumin powder and salt.

Your baigan (brinjal) ka bharta is ready to eat.

Enjoy it with dal bati, Missi roti, rice or plain roti
