Prepare the onions

Fry onions till translucent then add the tomatoes

Add cream and simmer for 5 minutes

Drain the water from the boiled green(boil the managu and terere for 10 minutes)

Add the greens into the onions and mix them and cook them in low heat till tender. Don’t over cook vegetables should be light green if not u loose out on thei essential nutrients

Add the groundnuts last and fold them into the vegetables

Fry ur liver with onions garlic ginger and rosemary and add just a little water. Wet fry

Serve with ugali
