Ingredients

  2. 1/2 cupgreen moong
  3. 1/2 cupyellow moong dal
  4. 1/2 cuptoor dal
  5. 1/2 cupurad dal
  6. 1/2 cupchanne ki dal
  7. to tasteSalt
  8. 1 tspjeera
  9. 1 tbspghee
  10. leavesFew curry
  11. 4-5potatoes chopped
  12. 1 tbspoil
  13. Pinchturmeric powder
  14. 1cut methi leaves chopped
  15. 1 tspdhanya powder
  16. 1 tspamchoor powder
  17. Few peppercorns
  18. 1carrot chopped
  19. 2-3beans chopped
  20. 1/2 cuppeas

Steps

  1. 1

    Soak the dals an rice for about an hour then in a cooker add ghee fry jeera, curry leaves, peppercorns then add the dals an rice an salt, turmeric powder an water an pressure cook it for 4 whistles

  2. 2

    In a kadai add oil,fry jeera, methi leaves,salt, turmeic powder an mix well then add the chopped potatoes,salt, dhanya powder, amchoor powder, turmeric powder an mix well till soft
