Ingredients

  1. 7 3/4 ozground beef (220 grams)
  2. 14 ozground pork (400 grams)
  3. 2zucchini
  4. 2carrots
  5. 1/2 cuppeas (about 75 grams)
  6. 1/2onion
  7. 1bay leaf
  8. 1garlic clove
  9. 1 pinchcumin
  10. 1 pinchoregano
  11. Black pepper, to taste
  12. Salt, to taste
  13. For blending:
  14. 1chipotle pepper
  15. 3cooked tomatoes
  16. 1 sprigcilantro

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut the vegetables into small cubes. If you don't have peas, it still turns out delicious!

    Sauté the meat.

    Once the meat is browned, season and add the onion and garlic.

    Blend the cooked tomatoes with the chipotle pepper and cilantro. Add the carrots and the sauce to the pan.

    After it comes to a boil, add the potato, then the zucchini and bay leaf. Adjust the seasoning, let it simmer for about 5 minutes, and it's ready.

    Serve with rice.

    Serve in tacos with cabbage.
