Ingredients

  • 4Chicken breasts
  • 1/4 cupLime juice
  • 1 tbspVegetable oil
  • 1/2 tsp lime zest or splash of lemon juice
  • 1 tspBlack pepper
  • 1 tspBasil
  • 1/2 tspSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oven 450

  2. 2

    Rinse chicken and pay dry

  3. 3

    Put chicken on broiler pan

  4. 4

    Broil 4-5 in from heat appx 20 min

  5. 5

    Stir ingredients together and brush on chicken -both sides

  6. 6

    Broil 5-15 min, brush with mixture often during last 5 min, watch carefully
