1Pear, grated with skin
1 tspvanilla essence
3 tbspcoconut oil
2 cupgreek yoghurt
1/2 cupshredded coconut
3 tbspraw almonds
3 tbspraw macadamias
3 tbspsesame seeds
3 tbspchia seeds
1 tspcinnamon powder

Combine almonds and macadamias and blend to crumbs.

combine pear, vanilla essence, coconut oil, yoghurt and honey.

add the crumbed nuts and other ingredients and mix well to combine.

Leave to soak overnight.
Enjoy for breakfast the next morning.
