An easy and quick recipe with few ingredients but lots of flavor.

Cut the zucchini into julienne strips and marinate with oil, lemon, pepper, and a pinch of salt.

Poach the egg in a small pot with a splash of vinegar.

Arrange the marinated zucchini on the plate, then add the egg and sliced almonds. Adjust the salt and pepper and sprinkle with a bit of paprika. Super easy and quick.
