Ingredients

  1. 3Potatoes cut into two halves
  2. 1 cuptomato pureed
  3. 1/2 teaspoonred chilli Powder
  4. 1/2 teaspoonturmeric powder
  5. 1/2 teaspoonginger paste
  6. 2 tablespoonroasted ground nut crush
  7. 1/2 teaspoonjeera seeds
  8. 1bay leaf
  9. 1 teaspoongaram masala powder
  10. To tastesalt and sugar
  11. As neededoil and ghee

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil the Potatoes adding salt

  2. 2

    Now heat oil in a pan add jeera seeds and bay leaf to temper

  3. 3

    Add ginger paste saute well adding salt and turmeric powder

  4. 4

    Add the boiled Potatoes and fry well

  5. 5

    Add tomato puree and red chilli Powder and mix well

  6. 6

    Cover it for a while

  7. 7

    Finally add sugar and roasted groundnut crush

  8. 8

    Garnish it with ghee and garam masala powder

  9. 9

    Serve it with flat breads or paratha
