8 cupwater
2 1/2 cupsugar
1/3 cupinstant coffee (folgers)
5 cupvodka
1 tbspvanilla

Bring water, coffee and sugar to a boil in large pot, then simmer with lid for 2 1/2 hours.

Cool completely. Then add vodka and vanilla and store in bottles in refrigerator until ready to drink. Delicious over ice itself or mixed!
