Ingredients

  • 1/4 cupfinely ground Sumatra or your favorite dark roast coffee
  • 2 tbsppacked brown sugar
  • 2 tspblack pepper
  • 1 tspgarlic powder
  • 1 tsponion powder

    mix all ingredients together

  2. 2

    About 20 minutes prior to putting steaks on the grill, rub both sides of your preferred cut of streak. I used Ribeyes.

  3. 3

    Cook steaks on medium grill for about 6-8 minutes on each side, depending on the cut and desired amount of doneness.
