Homemade Strawberry Milk Ice Cream

Don't you always see the frozen strawberries filled with condensed milk? My son loves them and always wants to eat them. When he saw that my mother sent some, he asked if I could make make them myself, so I tried!

The key is to place them in an ice cube tray. If you do this, the condensed milk won't spill out. Also, try not to pull out the core too deep and wide. If you poke through the skin, the condensed milk will spill out. And also, the strawberries will be freeze easily, but the milk will not, so make sure to leave them in the freezer for at least one night so that they can harden. Then as soon as you take them out of the freezer, you can eat them up. Recipe by Sugamiho

Steps

  1. 1

Wash the strawberries and remove the stems. Pull out the core with a fruit knife etc. Pat dry with a paper towel. I hollowed it out too deep and wide in the picture. Please make it more shallow and narrow.

  2. 2

I used a decoration utensil, but you can use a fruit knife just fine.

  3. 3

Place the strawberries in an ice tray (or something similar) and pour the condensed milk into the holes of each one. Leave them as-is in the freezer overnight for them to chill and harden, and then they're finished.
