1heaped tsp ground ginger
1rounded tsp golden syrup

Place the dry ingredients in a dish

Mix all the ingredients(except the egg)together until it is a stiff consistency

Roll in hand into the size of a walnut bake for 15-20minutes at 180c(350f)(gas4)
