Ahead of time, chop up onion, yellow bell pepper, and red bell pepper and put in bag. In another bag, chop up the green onion and put in another Baggie.

the morning of start frying the bell pepper and onion in a skillet

in a bowl whisk together splash of milk, salt & pepper, and eggs.

when everything's done frying in the skillet, add in egg mixture and cook thoroughly

when done cooking eggs add in green onions then sprinkle a handful of cheese on top
