  1. 2 mediumeggs
  2. 1 tbspbulgur flour
  3. 1 tbspwhole wheat flour
  4. 1 tbspground chia seeds
  5. 6 tbspmilk
  6. 2 tspvanilla extract
  7. 2 tbspcoconut oil

Cooking Instructions

    Whisk eggs

    Add flours and ground chia seeds and mix

  3. 3

    Whisk in milk, coconut oil, and vanilla

  4. 4

    Heat 9 inch frying pan to medium heat

  5. 5

    Pour batter into pan, cook for 2 minutes or until golden brown

  6. 6

    Flip and cook for another minute

  7. 7

    Repeat until batter is done

  8. 8

    Serve warm with berries, yogurt, nuts, etc.

  9. 9

    Note: add more milk if too thick
