Cooking Instructions

Whisk eggs

Add flours and ground chia seeds and mix

Whisk in milk, coconut oil, and vanilla

Heat 9 inch frying pan to medium heat

Pour batter into pan, cook for 2 minutes or until golden brown
- 6
Flip and cook for another minute

Repeat until batter is done
- 8
Serve warm with berries, yogurt, nuts, etc.

Note: add more milk if too thick
