preheat oven 350, bake 8 mins

sift flour , salt, soda and cocoa together

cream shortening and sugar

add egg, vanilla, and milk, beat well.

add dry ingredients and mix.

drop by teasespoon onto greased baking sheet.

remove from oven and press half a marshmallow, cut side down on the cookie

bake 2 minutes longer.

cool and top with cocoa frosting.

then with a pecan half (optional) for those who don't like nuts
