Ingredients

  • 8Idlis
  • 1/2 bowl chopped spring onion greens
  • 2onion chopped
  • 1tomato chopped
  • 1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon chilli sauce
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1 tablespoon ketchup
  • 2 tablespoon cornflour starch
  • as neededOil for frying

    Cut the idly into 4 pieces each.

  2. 2

    Now for batter or marination.

  3. 3

    Take a bowl and add cornflour, salt, redchilli sauce, ginger garlic paste.

    Mix it.

  5. 5

    Now heat the oil and dip the pieces of idly into the batter and fry it.

  6. 6

    Transfer all the fried idlys on the tissue paper.

  7. 7

    For masala take a kadai.

  8. 8

    Put some oil and chopped onions.

  9. 9

    Saute it.now add chopped tomatoes and saute them for 2 mins.

  10. 10

    Now add soy sauce, green chilli sauce, salt, black pepper, and little beat ginger garlic paste.mix the very well and while mixing put chopped green onions.

    Now add little water and the idlies.

  12. 12

    Mix them so that all of them are combined well.

    Now it is ready to eat.

    Serve it hot.
