Boil the peeled potatoes in water with some salt for some time, keep checking to ensure they remain whole I. e they should not be overcooked.

After they are done, drain the water and cut the potatoes a little bit.

Chop the garlic and crush them using a pestle and mortar.

Heat cooking oil in a pan and then add the garlic.

After 1 minute add the potatoes and fry them till golden brown.
- 6
Serve them on a plate and then use the coriander, peas and grated carrots to garnish.
