Batter
1 cupPioneer baking mix
1 pinchbaking soda
1/4 cupground oats
2 tbspground flax seeds
1/2 cupmik
1/2 cupthinly sliced fresh spinach

A: Stir baking soda, flax, and oats into baking mix

B: Stir sliced fresh spinach into milk

3: Combine A and B

Heat olive oil in pan, pour in pancakes, turn when golden brown.

Dot with butter and pour warm cheese sauce over top.
