Ingredients

45 mins
4 servings
  • 4 cupwater
  • 16 ozpackage of pasta
  • 8 ozmushrooms
  • 1/2onion, chopped
  • 1 tbspolive oil
  • 8 ozgreen beans
  • 1small pack cherry tomatoes
  • 4garlic cloves
  • salt
  • pepper
  • parmesan cheese
  • 1handfull fresh basil leaves
  • 1yellow squash

Steps

45 mins
  1. 1

    Chop all vegetables

  2. 2

    Place pasta in bottom of pot 1st

  3. 3

    Minus the parmesan cheese, add all other ingredients

  4. 4

    Cook on high heat to bring to boil while stirring occasionally to keep pasta from sticking to bottom of pot.

  5. 5

    Once pasta is cooked, drain remaining water if any is left

  6. 6

    Serve and dust with parmesan
