2 tbspsoy sauce
1 tsptobasco
1 tbspmixed vegetables spices
1 tspblack pepper
2 cupintegral rise

Cook rise, about 10 minutes

Fry chopped onion, baby carrots and meat for about 10-12 minutes on medium heat

Put mushrooms, and fry for another 5 minutes
