Steps

Soak the daal overnight

Grind it to fine paste using water, keep the consistency that of dosa and add salt

Crumble the paneer and keep aside

Wash the micro greens

Now on a hot dosa Tawa spread the batter in the same manner as we make dosa.

Cook till crisp, spread paneer on half of dosa

Sprinkle chat masala and spread micro greens, fold like dosa and serve hot with coriander chutney or peanut coconut chutney
