Ingredients

  1. 1 cupbesan
  2. 1 cupsugar
  3. As required ghee
  4. 1 tablespoonMelon seeds
  5. Dry fruits of your choice
  6. 2 pinchcardamom powder

Steps

  1. 1

    In a big pan add ghee, and roast besan till light brown.

  2. 2

    Make sugar syrup of 2 string in another pan.

  3. 3

    Mix thus syrup in besan and also add cardamom powder, melon seeds and dry fruits.

  4. 4

    Place in a try and cut into square shape.

  5. 5

    Garnish with melon seeds.
