Families will probably destroy these in one night, but if you manage to have leftovers, they reheat well.

REHEAT INSTRUCTIONS:
Microwave for 1 minute, then transfer to a toaster oven and bake for 2 mins at 350 degrees.

Ingredients

30 mins
6-8 burritos
  1. 6-8large (taco sized) flour tortillas
  2. 1-2 lbschicken breast
  3. 1/2 cupshredded cheddar cheese
  4. 1/2 cupmexican blend (or cheddar) shredded cheese
  5. 1 packageKnorr brand taco rice
  6. 1 package (32 g)fajita seasoning mix
  7. 2 tsptaco seasoning
  8. 1 tspsea salt

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees

    Begin cooking rice according to package instructions

  3. 3

    While the rice is boiling: Cut chicken in to small strips and add to a pan over medium heat

  4. 4

    Once browned enough to shred, add fajita seasoning and use forks to shred the chicken

  5. 5

    If the rice is still watery, add 2-3 mins to cook time and allow an additional 2 mins to rest and absorb the remaining water.

    Add taco seasoning and sea salt to the chicken for additional flavor if needed.

    Add 2 spoonfuls of rice to each tortilla, followed by meat, then sprinkle with mexican blend (or cheddar) shredded cheese

    Roll tortillas to close. Do not fold like burritos

  9. 9

    Place each one with the overlapping side face down in a glass baking dish

  10. 10

    Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top

  11. 11

    Bake for 15 mins

  12. 12

    Remove and allow 3-5 mins to cool
