Take maida, carom seeds,oil,salt mix all with hand,Now add water and knead firm dough cover it set aside.

Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan, add cumin, green chilli ginger paste stir cook for a minute.

Add boiled peas, add all spices fry for a minute add mashed potatoes and salt.

Add coriander leaves mix turn off heat.

After 20minute knead the dough again until smooth divide into small portions and make round shape balls.

Take one dough ball and press it put it on rolling board and roll it.

Cut into two semi circles spread water on the side edge, shape of cone and stuffing seal the edges.

Heat oil for deep fry the samosa in medium heat until turn golden brown serve hot with chutney.
