Ingredients

  1. 6egg whites (do not allow any yolk in what so ever)
  2. 1 1/2 cupcastor sugar
  3. 2 tspcorn flour
  4. 1 tspwhite vinegar

    preheat oven to 130deg

  2. 2

    line an oven tray with greaseproof paper. Draw a circle on paper approx 20cm circumference.

  3. 3

    In a large a clean, dry bowl use mixer to whip up egg whites till peaks form

  4. 4

    gradually add sugar

  5. 5

    mix on high for about 10 minutes until sugar has disolved and mix is quite thick and glossy

  6. 6

    add cornflour and vinegar and mix through

  7. 7

    pile mix onto tray. you Can smooth off or leave peaky

  8. 8

    cook for 1 hour 15 mins

  9. 9

    leave to cool in oven without opening oven to look until completely cooled

  10. 10

    when completely cooled top with whipped cream an strawberrys, or fruit of your choice
