  1. 2carrots
  2. 2celery stocks
  3. 1 packagespeas
  4. 1onion
  5. 1 tbsponion powder
  6. 1 tbspblack pepper
  7. 1salt to taste
  8. 1 tbspsavory
  9. 4 cupwater or chicken stock or veggie stock
  10. 1 lbham hock or diced spiral
  11. 2 tbspolive oil

  1. 1

    in large pot bring to boil water or liquid of choice

  2. 2

    start dicing veggies and add to the pot

  3. 3

    add peas, oil, and seasonings

  4. 4

    give a good stirr, and add in ham of choice

  5. 5

    lower to a medium heat and cover. cook for 1 hour and 30 min. stirring occasionally.
