combine 1 cup flour, sugar, yeast, and salt in large mixer bowl.

heat sour cream, water, and butter until very warm [120°- 130°]

Add to flour mixture. Beat 2 min on medium, scrape sides

Add egg and remaining flour to make soft batter

spoon evenly into 12 greased muffin chips, cover and let rise until doubled [1 hour]

bake at 400° for 15-18 min, until gbd. remove from pan and cool on rack
