
Crunchy but chewy chocochip cookie

In a small bowl, add the flour, baking powder and salt. Sifted it. Make sure its mixed well.

Add the brown sugar make sure its packed and the white sugar. Add the melted butter. Make sure its melted so you would have a product of a crunchy but chewy on the inside.add the eggs. I use added egg yolk to give you a mkre richer texture.mix it all up.

Add the dry ing. The good thing about this is uou would not use a electronic mixer.

Add the 1/4 of the flour and the comes the another 1/4 until it would all be poured.

I would lime to mix the dough with my hand becouse its much easier. You would have a result of not so sticky not managable dough.

Then add the chocolate chips make sure if you cut the dough in half you can't see any traces of the flour.

Refrigarate the dough and put the clig film to the refrigerator for abot 1 hour and if the dough is too hard to manage just leave the dough at the counter for 5 min.

Place your baking sheets and form the daough into a ball

Preaheat oven to 160 celcius

Bake it for abot 10-12 minutes until the sides is golden brown and the color of the top is whitish.
