Mix flour, spices, and salt in a small bowl. Sprinkle both sides of pork chops with about 1 tablespoon of seasoned flour.

Cook pork chops in hot olive oil in a large skillet on medium-high heat until browned on both sides. Remove from skillet. Add onion; cook and stir for 3 minutes. Add apple slices; cook and stir for 2 minutes.

stir in apple juice, brown sugar, and the rest of the seasoned flour.

Return pork chops to skillet

Bring to boil. Cover and reduce heat!

simmer for 5-15 minutes.
