Ingredients

  1. 1bag 26oz frozen hash browns
  2. 12eggs
  3. 1 cupmilk
  4. 1 tbspground mustard
  5. 116oz roll sausage
  6. 1salt and pepper
  7. 116oz bag shredded cheese

Cooking Instructions

    spray crock pot and evenly spread hashbrowns across the bottom

    crack 12 eggs in a large bowl

  3. 3

    mix well and slowly using a whisk

  4. 4

    add milk

  5. 5

    go ahead and sprinkle in ground mustard

  6. 6

    add plenty of salt and lots of fresh pepper mix well and set aside

  7. 7

    cook sausage on high heat drain set aside

  8. 8

    add sausage on top of hash browns

  9. 9

    add cxheese

  10. 10

    mix well

  11. 11

    pour egg mixture over everything

  12. 12

    turn the crock pot on low for 6 to 8 hours
