Ingredients

  • 1 lbsmall shell or elbow macaroni, cooked, drained and cooled
  • 6hardboiled eggs,chopped
  • 1/2small sweet onion finely chopped
  • 3/4 cupmayonnaise
  • 2 tbspwhite vinegar
  • 1 tbspspicy brown mustard
  • 1/2 tspcelery seed
  • to tastesalt and pepper
  • Cayenne pepper or smoked paprika for garnish

Steps

  1. 1

    Place macaroni, eggs and onion in a large serving bowl. Combine remaining ingredients except cayenne or paprika. Mix well and add to pasta mixture.

  2. 2

    Mix gently but well and allow at least 2 hrs to chill before serving.

  3. 3

    Garnish with a few dashes of cayenne or paprika.
