Ingredients

  • 2 cupKabuli chana
  • 1Onion sliced
  • 1 teaspoonCumin seeds
  • 1 teaspoonRed chilli powder
  • 2Green chilli chopped
  • Coriander powder: few chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tablespoonOil
  • 2 teaspoonLime juice

Steps

    Soak chana overnight

  2. 2

    Pressure cooked chana for 5 to 6 whistle

  3. 3

    Heat oil in a pan add cumin seeds and onions sauteed till it's change in colour.

  4. 4

    Add chana in it and mix it well

  5. 5

    Add all dry spices mix it well at last add lime juice and serve hot...
