It's a simple seafood starter or rather can be served as a canape on cocktails

Cut the tuna into smaller cubes then mix with the Mayo and finely chopped spring onion and Chives

On the side heat a pan lightly, put abit of the Olive oil then add the pomogrante seed, slowly add the soy sauce till you achieve the desired colour then mix with sugar

On a cutter (pastry cutter) place your tuna to achieve the desired presentation, you may garnish with abit of some puree you might have
