Take a mixing bowl and add ragi flour,rice flour,salt,chilli powder,small pieces of onions,grated carrot,

Fine chops of ginger and coriander and give them a nice mix.now add water slowly and mix it nicely as we prepare for rotis.

Now take a polythene papaer and take a ball of the mixture and spread it in a circular shape and roast it on a area with oil on both sides by closing it with a lid in a medium flame.Serve it with curd or tomato chuney
