Wash and peel the mangoes and cut into small pieces

Take a pan add 1/2 glass of water add mango boil in med low flame till tender add all the above ingredients and switch of the gas

Cool it and blend in the mixer jar and strain the pulp

Take a glass add 4tbs pulp and add ice and cold water
- 5
Serve chilled and relish the taste of punjabi style panna
- 6
It is very good cool drink in hot summer
