Make the dough as per the ingredients and let it rest for half an hour..

Mix the stuffing ingredients and keep it aside.. for jain recipe avoid onions

Take a portion of dough roll it and put 2 tbsp of stuffing in it and close it now before again rolling it place some coriander leaves on it and roll again to a roti shape..

Once done.. turn the stuffed naan on your hand and apply water all over the naan and simultaneously heat the tawa to roast it... Now place the water sided naan on the tawa and press it from the sides and let it gets boils on low flame once done turn the tawa upside down and let the naan go directly on the heat with teh tawa and let it cook... Keep your eye on the naan so as you not burn it...Once done place the tawa again on the gas and remove the naan from the tawa and place it on a plate.
