Steps

Soak kacchi keri in water for 10 minutes. Wash nicely.

Cut kacchi keri in small pieces with it's chilka as it taste more better (if family members are okay with chilka).

Now add methiya masala, mungfali oil(enhances the taste of achar then any other oil),salt and lal mirch powder. Mix well.
