Steps

Soak moongdal for 4-5 hours.Grind moongdal to smooth paste adding little water.

Melt ghee in a pan.Add ground moongdal.Stir well.

Keep on stirring in a low flame.When raw aroma goes away completely stir & cook the halwa.

In another pan add milk,water& sugar.When sugar dissolves & comes to boil switch off the stove.

Now add milk mixture to,moongdal mixture &mix it.When ghee separates,add cardamom powder & dry fruits.
