Soak moong dal fr 2 hrs.Now take wheat flour add salt and chilli powder add little ghee and then knead it to a dough using water

Simultaneously in a pan boil water and add soaked mood dal salt and turmeric

Strain it in a sieve whn cooked.Allow to cool.Add dry spices to it

Now take a big ball of dough and stuff th masala dal and roll it

Now cook it on a hot tawa using ghee till crisp on both sides

Serve it with dahi.
