To make stuffing, heat oil, add mustard seeds, fennel seeds, coriander seeds and asafoetida. Add raw mango pieces, add red chilli, salt, rock salt and sugar, mix it well. Cook till sugar becomes caramelised, add cornflour, switch off the gas.

For pie crust add all purpose flour and sugar in a bowl, add butter and mix it well, add water and make a tight dough. Put it in polythin bag and place it in the refrigerator for 1/2 hour.

Then divide it into 2 parts. Roll the first part, arrange it on greeced pie mould and make holes with the help of fork, bake it on 160d for 10 min in preheated oven. Then add stuffing.

Roll second part of pie dough and cut it into long streeps and arrange it on stuffing. Bake it on 160d for 20 to 25 min.
