Steps

Soaked the chana daal,Urad daal for five hours...

Make a coarsely ground yet fine paste of all daal, green chilli and as required salt ginger,haldi to make a coarse paste.

Heat a kadai work low flem With a teasp of oil and add the ground paste making sure Stuffing cooked well Paste should still be moist...

Heat a pan with water test Salt the water starts boiling simmer and add oil, Ajbain Salt, Rice flour and quickly stir everything together, even if there are lumps, it's alright

Cook till everything blends together and keep it aside for 15,20 minutes.

Divide the dough in to equal balls with greased hands. Flatten the balls, with sides thin and center thicker place the daal mixture and enclose it completely.

Steam these phere in a greased steamer till the daal filling gets cooked and knife come out clean.

Serve with coriander Chutney 🍅 tomato sauce 😋
