First,in a bowl add rava and curd mix well..now in that i have added spinach puree half cup add salt and give it a good mix..cover it and keep it aside for 20 mins..

Now in a wok add water and keep it on flame..meanwhile grease the vessel with little oil..

Now add eno fruit salt and give it a good mix once..and quickly pour the batter into the vessel..and keep it in steamer for 20 mins...

After 20 mins check once with knife that it's done or not..if it is..switch off the flame and take out vessel from the steamer and allow it to cool..

Now cut into square shape and make a tempting for that..put a small pan on flame added with 2 tsp of oil..after heating up add mustard seeds,curry leaves and green chillies in that and pour into pieces...

Your spongy Dhokla is ready for serve...enjoy with coconut chutney with ur hot tea...
