Ingredients

  • 3 cupwheat flour
  • 3-4Boiled potatoes
  • 1 cupPureed palak
  • 1/2 tspGaram masala
  • 1/2 tspTurmeric powder
  • 1/2 tspJeera powder
  • To tasteChilli powder
  • to tasteSalt
  • as neededFresh coriander leaves

Steps

  1. 1

    Add all ingredients to the wheat flour and knead the dough properly. Make soft parathas out of it. Serve it with pickle, chutney, sause anything and enjoy.
