Steps

Cook dal for 1whistle (make sure you don't cook more than that

Take maida add 1tsp oil, salt and ajwain and make a dough
- 3
Take tamarind, jaggery and little water boil it, stain and add jeera powder, red chilli powder and salt till taste
- 4
Now make rotis our of dough and fry on Lord flame to make it golden brown
- 5
Add onions on dal with fresh geen chillies
- 6
Serve with tamarind chutney (a must for dry Dal)
