First chopped all the vegetables

Then take a tawa add butter then add chopped onion, capsicum, tomato saute till tomato get soft and pulpy

Then add turmeric powder, red chilli powder and pav bhaji masala saute for 1 min then add salt mix it well together with the help of pav bhaji masher then add 1/2 lemon juice

Then take pav cut from the center

On the Same tawa add butter then place the pav let the pav warm up from both the sides then place the masala on the center of the pav then sprinkle some coriander leaves

After that grate the cheese on the top of masala pav

The cheese masala pav is ready to serve with chopped onion
