In a bowl take all dry flours,rava maida, rice flour,gram flour, salt, Cummin seeds,pepper powder for taste,hing,salt, chopped ginger, chilli, curry leaves,

Mix beetroot juice, dry dosa mix and adjust consistency by adding water it should be watery. keep aside for 10 minutes.

On very non stick hot pan pour batter cover and cook on slow medium flame for few minutes give a brush of oil or ghee after it's crisp. When starts leaving pan check it's done roll and serve hot with chtuney
