Kulcha is a traditional dish of North India. It is a popular dish in Punjab and Delhi. Aloo kulcha mostly famous on Amritsar so only it is called as Amritsari Kulcha). Kulcha is very delicious dish because it stuffed with a potato mixture.
Potato is a important food sauce in world. It provides nutrients, vitamins and minerals, also baking potato contains lots of potassium. So it helps to improve growth and development of immune health.
Kulcha is a very healthy breakfast it includes potato, butter, coriander leaves, sesame seedsvand yogurt. So it is a good and healthy recipe of kids..

Now we entire the ingredients:

In a bowl add all the above ingredients except milk or water.

Then add the milk slightly.

Mix and knead the flour became very soft and elastic dough.

Now the dough is ready and cover it with a cloth or poly bag. Keep aside for 2 to 3 hrs.

At the same time another bowl mix 2nd part of the ingredients to prepare potato mixture for stuffing kulcha.

After 2 to 3hrs again knead the dough and make medium sized balls.

Dough balls roll it into a 4-5inches diameter.

Then place the potato mixture in the centre of the dough.

Close the edges and bring them at the centre.

Press the dough slightly, then turn over the other side.

Gently roll it for using rolling pin, just like a paratha

On a hot thawa stuffed the kulcha. Turn over the other side, it's partially cooked each side.

Add the ghee or oil in each side, 3 to 4 times flip the kulcha. Cook for 2minutes.

Press the edges for using spatula, both sides are became brown in colour.now kulcha is ready to serve

Roasted delicious aloo kulcha is ready

Add 1/2 teaspoon butter and spread it.

U can serve chanamasala or any other Curries..here i just simply use the masala curd to dip the kulcha...
