Steps

In a bowl soak soya chunks in lukewarm water for 10 mins...after that these will be fluffy like the pic...

Now chopped all the veggies and make these ready...

Now heat a pan with oil and put ur soya into that and deep fry for 2 mins..untill these get crispy..

Now in the same pan add chopped onion,tomato,capsicum,green chillies and saute for 2-3 min on high flame..now add soya sauce,tomato ketchup,vinegar and give it a good mix..now add fried soya chunks in that and mix thoroughly...

Now switch off the flame and take it out in a bowl and put some chopped spring onion and coriander and garnish with the same...enjoy..😊😊
