Ingredients

15minutes
4 servings
  1. 500 gbeef mince
  2. 1chopped onion
  3. 2 Tblsoil
  4. 200 gfrozen mixed veggies with cauliflower and broccoli
  5. 42 gpasta sauce for mince

Steps

15minutes
  1. 1

    Heat oil in a large frying pan and fry onion until softened. Add mince and stir until browned then add mix veggies

  2. 2

    Mix contents of packet with 400ml water and add to mince.stir continuously until mixture boils.

  3. 3

    Simmer for 10minutes,stirring frequently.

  4. 4

    Serve with pasta even rice
