Spray your muffin pan.

Add the filling (chopped) Half.

Top with cheese

Whip up the eggs and add baking powder, saot, pepper and oil.

Pour into your muffins

Bake at 375° for 20-25 minutes.

Cool for 5 minutes. Top with desired topping. (Ketchup etc)
